De Monnik Dranken is a wholesale-trade beverage company based in Oldenzaal.
Our family company was founded in 1918 and has remained within the family across the generations. We currently employ around 63 people.

We have a very wide assortment of approx. 6.500 different types of beverages and beverage-related products. Among these are several well known brands such as Kleiner Feigling, WKD, Dooley's, BenRiach Single Malt Whisky, GlenDronach Single Malt Whisky, Godet Cognac.

We also import beverages from all over the world and sell them exclusively for the Dutch market, having total responsibility for all aspects, both commercial and logistical.

Distribution is by way of wholesale organisations but we have our own transport fleet consisting of 13 trucks.

We present ourselves on all the important beverage exhibitions to promote our brands.

Our main customers are wholesalers, liquor stores, wine traders and on-trade businesses from all over the Netherlands.
We are a member of the DON-organization, which includes a cooperation with Grolsch breweries.

On the 8 of januar 2007 we have moved to the Deventerstraat 6 in Oldenzaal.

As we control our own distribution it is possible to adapt to our customers wishes and act quickly.

De Monnik Dranken is subdivided into 3 different divisions:

• Own-brand import/distribution
• National off-trade
• Regional on-trade

We also own our own liquor store, which operates totally independently of the business and offers us direct insight into consumer behaviour, allowing us to identify and measure developments and drinking habits within the market.
